RISEP conducts research on issues of concern to low-wage, marginalized, and middle income workers and their families, both domestically and internationally, with a specialized focus on Florida, the regional south, and the Caribbean and Latin America.

RISEP’s research has examined wages and working conditions, job quality, workforce development, trends in labor and employment, high road development, marginalization, social and political inequalities, poverty, labor and employment law and policy, housing, health care, immigration, and other related issues.
